Audie Murphy was a great inspiration to me.. His selfless courage his ablity to make the right call under the worst conditions. He brought that determination to the screen. I learned about Mr. Murphy some years ago, i was looking through the Gueniss Book and seen him. I had read about him being the most decorated solider and from that dat on, I have remembered his name. I tell everyone of my friends and family members about what I had found. Sometimes I make it a trivia question, to see who else might know about such an extrodenary man, and to this day I have yet to find someone who knows. I think that more people need to know what a true Solider he was. Thanks for having this website because I will now be able to show my kids and grandkids about the wonderful Solider I found by accident,
