My husband Jim Vernell has always been very fond of Audie Murphy and his movies. They are difficult to find at flea markets where we shop. We have spent many enjoyable hours watching the best of the movies.

I grew up idolizing Audie Murphy, hearing my family speak of him, reading of him and watching every movie I could of him. He was a true Patriot and a great American.
