Named after Audie Murphy as I was born in the 50's in his heyday as a Hollywood star and of course my mom was in a huge fan.

I am very impressed and honored to sign the guest book of this highly respected and dedicated soldier and veteran. There are very few that would live up to the actions of this man and his integrity. Rest in Peace, Mr. Audie Murphy, May your honor and dignity follow you into eternity....Sincerely, J. Micahel Jobe, USAF 72-77

My father served with Audie Murphy in the Third Division, in World War II. Dad was in the battle when Murphy earned his Medal of Honor as well as for quite a length of time as they moved across France. What an amazing man and soldier Audie Murphy was.
Dad is still alive and I know he would love to hear from anyone else who knew Murphy personally, so they could compare war stories and memories.
Please contact me if you are such a person.

As a Texan, I am very proud of Mr. Murphy's accomplishments. As an Army Veteran, I'm very grateful for how he served his country. As a lover of good westerns, I'm overjoyed by his contributions. Today was the first time my wife EVER enjoyed a Western. She was born in New York City. We watched " Posse From Hell" and she was riding and shooting with Cole, Caddo, (the characters name escapes me right now) and John Saxon. Thank you Audie Murphy for how you have enriched my life.
