I was an admirer of Audie Murphy since I was a child back in Israel, where I loved watching him in the various westerns he made, his name became a gingle amongs us kids there. As an adult I learned to admire him for his heroism in WW-2. Long live Audie murphy's Memory. Dan Added: November 19, 2016

I just watched "To Hell and Back" for the umpteenth time in my life, and can't imagine what Mr. Murphy went thru reliving that period of his life. We can't praise him enough for his efforts serving our country. Thank GOD he was on OUR side! R.I.P. to a brother in arms... Lest we forget...FREEDOM is NOT FREE! Thanks to ALL our brothers and sisters in arms protecting our freedoms around the world. Added: November 18, 2016

My sister and I just watched "to Hell and Back" last night. I recorded it on Veterans Day so we could both watch it. I don't watch war movies usually, but I love this one. I also love Audie Murphy. His performance in Fort Petticoat is my favorite. Such a young man to have accomplished so much in such a short time. He was a true hero and a positive role model. Too bad we do not have someone like him around now. Added: November 16, 2016 Powered by PHP Guestbook - brought to you by PHP Scripts

Loved watching Audie Murphy in movies when I was a child. Not until I was older did I know he was a hero.
