Absolutely amazing story, so very thankful for men like this that give us our freedom! My grandfather was a WWII Vet, his stories were my favorite thing growing up reading about. Mr. Murphy has been an amazing thing for me, God bless him and the USA.

I grew up watching Audie Murphy movies. Mr. Murphy was a Hero and I feel it is a shame he only received a little over A MINUTE OF RECOGNITION for his sacrifices and his lifetime of movie enjoyment for the public. This man was a hero, son, brother, cousin, uncle, father and a friend. How is it people are forgotten? Thank you Audience for all you have given. God Bless your family.

I have only recently learned of Audie's legacy. I have since watched many of his films and have just finished his book "To Hell and Back". This is a great website that will help sustain his heroic acts and timeless feats.
