To the sons of Audie Murphy, I have enjoyed so much your father's movies, it is amazing to see him ride a horse - he seemed so at home on the back of a horse. His good looks were amazing. His military service was truly an inspiration to all. My father also served in World War II in the European Theater, my dad also suffered from the PTSD and rarely spoke of his experiences. I was born in 1947 so I wasn't much aware of your father when he was alive. Thank you for this web site, it iss great to read about his life and to know the amazing man that he was. I remember hearing of Audie Murphy, and others who fought in WWII for our freedom. It is easy to forget that WWII was a war in which our own lives were dependent on the outcome. Thank you Audie and all the others, including an uncle of mine who died in France during WWII! Added: October 11, 2020 Powered by PHP Guestbook - brought to you by PHP Scripts
