Just want to say that it is an absolute honor to be able to say "thank you", even though it's posthumous.

I'm a big fan of audie. I like all of his films; he was not only a great hero but really a great actor, and he was my favourite western hero, when I was Young. Even ahead of The Duke.
I often see his movies ans still like them.

i will be forever fan of Audie,

I am a true Audie Murphy fan. I've watched and enjoyed his movies most my life and I find that he is a great actor as well as an American hero. I watched his movie To Hell And Back and I've been a true fan ever since. His bravery and heroine act has me mesmerized. Audie Murphy is a true American hero, God bless him and God bless all those who have given their ALL. I HONOR EACH AND EVERYONE!!!! You are ALL my hero's, from the beginning of the birth of our great nation to the here and now! God bless you ALL and your families as well for they too have sacrificed greatly. I love each and everyone of you ALL!!!!!! :D

Special thanks to the webmaster for having this site up for Mr. Murphy. I have been to Arlington three times and each time I prayed at his grave. He and many others like my father who fought the Battle of the Buldge with the 280th Engineers Combat Battalion. They will never be forgotten and always be praised!

I am 33 years old, lived in the US all my life and have never heard of this man. We as a country should be extremely proud of men like Audie, and I think it is a shame we don't recognize and honor our soldiers more. They are one of the reasons we have a country today. Thanks for sharing this info!

My Hero, I love his movie Hell and Back, and all his cowboy movies. As I have read about him I cannot believe all the states do not have an Audie Murphy Day, a hero for America, a little guy with a hugh heart, strength, and guts to do all the things he did . :!cry: :!cry:
