I have come to be very impressed with Mr. Murphy's acting ability and bio. I plan on purchasing "From hell and back" in the very near future.

I am so....sorry that I never heard of him until I married my second husband in 2000. He asked me to sit and watch one oh his movies on Saturday afternoon. I have been hooked ever since!!!

Sincerely,
Llew & Rita ;)

One of Audie's films came on the tv this afternoon 'Forty Guns To Apache Pass' and stirred up childhood memories. When I was a child, if I knew there was an Audie Murphy film on, I'd always run home to watch it. I absolutely loved him to the extent that I named all my kiddy possessions after him.
I'm a woman of 47 now and I still have my teddy bear called Audie Murphy, he's sitting on the top of my wardrobe and odd occasions still gets a hug.
It was great to see the film again this afternoon and be reminded of a very brave and handsome man.
