Thank you for preserving the memory of his actions and his character. Fro my militaria library I still pick up "To Hell and Back and re-read it from time to time.

He never understood where his inner strength arose from. At the risk of sounding prejuidiced I believe it originated from his Irish genes.

I have been a big fan of Audie Murphy's years ago and really enjoyed them but didn't realize what a war hero he was. My family has many military persons who served from Canada here but wow, Audie is special in all ways. Do not forget our Heros! Ever!

I would like to thank Audie Murphy and his family for his heroics in WW2. His actions still change men and women today by teaching them courage and that one person can make a difference in saving human life.

I feel Audie Murphy was the greatest of our American Hero's and a marvelous actor. I think I have seen everu movie he was ever in and plan to read his biography and to Hell and Back. I think there will be a lot more in the book than was in the movie, which was great.
