Audie Murphy was a true American and a hero. I do not think he would be very proud of some of our leaders today. He was blessed to have served under commanders that went to war to fight and win. Not to play politics.

I wish I could have shaken his hand.

I watched "To Hell and Back" and I must say that besides being an excellent movie it piqued my interest in Lt. Murphy. I agrre with the purpose of this website and must say that you have done an excellent job. I shall spread the word around to fellow military and WW2 buffs,

We just saw Audie's gravesight in D.C., and it was awesome!! He was so young to receive all his many honors, and hope his memory NEVER fades!! I think I was in love with him when he was an actor--just like all the other young gals at that time!! A great American of all time!
