GOD BLESS AUDIE MURPHY AND HIS MEMORY. I love the story of this true American Hero and will be sure my children know of his life and valiant service. I grew up with parents from the WWII era and was told about his life and have never forgot. I plan to tell my young sons of his service and have him as one of the most honorable Americans that I want them to do a school report about during their time in school. I want everyone to remember him during this special time of year when we honor our Veterans. Thank you for keeping his memory alive and having this website available.

A tragedy he left so young in life. I have admired him as long as I can remember. May God keep him to guard the gates, and I look forward to meeting him after I meet my lord Jesus. I served in SE Asia 1971 and was nearly killed buy a boiler explosion on board a ship.As bad as that seemed I cannot imagine what he experienced. God bless him for his work on PTSD in veterans. We miss you in our band of brothers.God bless you and keep you. Your friend Joemedal
