I grew up in Indiana watching Audie Murphy movies. I was born 11 years after his first film came out. He was one of my favorites. Just watched Destry on Netflix. Because of your site I am going to try to watch all the films he was in. Thank You for this web site.

I have always admired Audie Murphy for his service to his and my country. Having served in the U.S. Air Force during the Viet Nam War, I like to think that we both shared something in common. I was also a Free Mason and served as Master of my Lodge. I also enjoyed all the movies he acted in. I still love westerns, but they don't make them as good as they did during the time Audie made them.
