It is a great honour for me to leave my name on this guestbook. As a child growing up in the 1950s I was aware of the heroism of this man which has remained with me to this day. His loyalty and dedication to his family, friends and comrades and his country is an example to us all. Thankfully Hollywood preserved his image and while still in his prime. His passing was a great loss. Gone too soon. May his memory never fade. Added: February 4, 2012 Powered by PHP Guestbook - brought to you by PHP Scripts

I liked Audie Murphy since I was 16 years old. It took me 38 years to go visit his grave in Arlington, VA. It is the most memorable moment in my life. My favorite movie he was in is "To Hell and Back"
