As a retired member of the armied forces, I am proud of the job that all of our soldiers have done sense the American Revolutional War. The example of Audie Murphy set is one that we can all be proud of and try to imulate.

I have seen a few films with him in over the years and was saddend when he died what a courages man this was and like all members of the armed forces who served their countries should never be forgotten and thanked for their service.

My father and 4 of his brothers were in WWII and I heard about Audie Murphy from them and television, especially his movie To Hell and Back. I've been to Arlington Cemetery and have read stories about him.
