America needs her heros, Audie Murphy was one of her greatest. I hope this web site will resurface this fact, showing the principles we are built on.

Being a Vietnam veteran, I can truly admire what he has done for his service with the U.S. Army, he surely had an angel beside him doing his military campaigns.

Growing up in the 1950's, Audie Murphy was my favourite film star. It was only after 'To Hell and Back' that I discovered Audie Murphy the war hero.
Gone but never forgotten.

As a child I loved Audie Murphy's films and he became my favourite actor. This was before I knew he was a war hero. I was very upset when he died so tragically.

I have always known of Audie Murphy from his films. I watched the film To hell and back for the first time yesterday and was astonished at Audie's bravery and how it is not known on a more wider basis. Hence my post here after a search on the internet. What a great site, full of wonderful information. Thank you.
