Now that I am retired I have time to do more research. I have been a fan of Audie since 1954 all of his movies are fabulous. I went as fas as to name my second son which was born on July 4th 1975 Destry. He has not regretted the name and he is also a fan along with my new bride of 12 years

I have enjoyed all of Audie Murphy s movies and wished i could have met him and thank him for his service. I watched my father also a WW2 veteran deal with Post tramatic expetiences . He troed to get help from VA but no help none of the doctors that tried to help had ever experienced what he hax went through. I hope his web sight gets support for this disease.
