Hi,
August 31st in Lansing, Michigan we will be HONORING a friend of Mr.Murphy's, Don Eckman served with audie as a member of his squad, I don't know how many of his squad are left but want you to know about this ceremony. If you wish you can contact me at 616 255 2895, we would love to have a rep there to represent and I think it would mean the world to Don.

Thanks
Doug Pickel

It is sad that this amazing soldier, who is the most decorated solder ever, has been almost forgotten. I am glad that you have a Memorial for him and are telling his story.
All soldiers should be honored for having lost their lives or served our country to keep us safe. God bless his soul.

Audie L. Murphy was and is a true American with a strong love of GOD and COUNTRY !
The irony of his passion is being lost with passing time and so we must repeat the horrible war he had to fight.
The political left will push us into a corner as they continue putting their heads deeper under the truth and reality that "Freedom is not Free". Someone has to pay dearly! :!cry:

There never was a more viscous warrior, or a more gentle man serving our country.
