Thank you for putting together a website containing accurate information that can be shared with generations that follow the WWII era. Families of the men who fought in WWII are grateful.

I feel a connection to this man. He embodied the spirit of the young american male. Courage and sacrifice. Protecting his people "ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY"

I am 68 yr. old and have loved and admired Audie Murphy since I was a child. I watch all of his movies and especially To Hell and Back. I have recorded many. HE was such an amazing young man. IF the teens of nowadays would be 1/10 of what he was we would have a better youth. I hope all is well with his children and grandchildren. They can be proud. I read one comment from a woman from Tex. that said she hadn't heard of him before butshe planned to be a teacher and teachher children about Audie. That is sad today that our children don't know anything about our history and the menthat died to give us freedom. Thank you Audie. I know you are with our Heavenly Father. God Bless

I did not know anything about Audie Murphy until I saw his picture in the Texas Capital. This makes me sad since he is so amazing but my young generation knows nothing about him. Thank you for having this website so that we will not forget. I pan on being a teacher so I will be sure to teach my kids about Audie Murphy.
