I was a big fan growing up I got a good copy of to Hell& back did a book report in high school ( grad 1975) I passed this on to my kids , My daugher was the only cadet in her JROTC class that knew who he was. for * * * history day project she did his bio . Terry Added: February 11, 2011

Every time I read about Audie Murphy, I'm so impressed w/ this Am giant. I'm now reading about him in a book titled: Real Men,Ten Courageous Americans to Know and Admire. Once I finish, I plan to give the book to my 13 yr old grandson, to especially read about Audi Murphy. I hope it helps in his life to live.....in freedom, thanks to Audie Murphy. I always liked Audie. His heroic actions in World War II were just unbelievable. He was an excellent actor also. It was tragic when his life was cut short. I will always remember him. Added: February 8, 2011
