Note from Eva Dano, contributor: "While the dustcover and softbinding look the same as one printed by the same publishing company in 1956, they are completely different books and have a different number of pages. Like the 1956 version, when you buy this type of book new, you have to cut the pages yourself, leaving a ragged edge. This type of low-cost book was quite common in Denmark; I grew up with them and became quite proficient at cutting the pages. They didn't always come with a loose dust jacket but it wasn't uncommon either."
