I've gotten references to this publication doing googlebook searches on Murphy. It came out in the early seventies, and the Murph-related material is some kind of obituary, with material possibly culled from then-recentish news articles about his activities (like his police work in Port Hueneme in 1968, which only became public in 1970 as part of the fallout from the dog trainer incident) . There may also be some kind of overview of his film career in Captain George's Whizzbang but I'm not sure.

I've seen it listed on eBay from time to time, but I haven't yet tried to find out exactly what is in it. Maybe we should ask the seller? Do you want to David, or should I?
